Not happy at all. I got these originally with my 2 week old Keurig. Those I used and they worked fine. I’ve been testing different kinds of k-cups, making sure all have the Keurig pic on the box (i.e., not off brands). No issues. Decided we liked the Green Mountain Breakfast Blend the best, so I ordered these and they came yesterday. 8 out of the 12 in the first box I opened have failed. Yes, 8 of them. I followed all the instructions for cleaning the needles after the first failure, including removing and cleaning the pod holder itself. 8 times. Finally, popped in one of the other pods I had on hand (the Donut Shop ones) and that brewed a perfect cup with no grounds. Put in another Green Mountain — same thing with the grounds everywhere.
I see there are some other complaints coming in now as well, so apparently quality control needs to be kicked up a notch.

I’ve had multiple blowouts with this product. If you don’t know what blowout is, it is when the seal at the top of the kcup breaks during operation. This causes coffee grinds to get all over the place and is a pain to clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes to clean the machine to ensuring the thousands of grinds are cleared. I’m not sure how to fix this. I looked at the boxes and they all have the same code so I’m assuming they were made at the same time. I opened a new box that wasn’t near the problem box and it worked fine. Cleaning the machine just to have another one blowup is very frustrating.

I especially love sipping my Green Mountain Decaf Coffee first thing in the morning when I rise, in spite of the fact that it is decaffeinated. I have been drinking decaffeinated coffee for years because of a heart-health issue which will not allow caffeine, but I love the taste of coffee, so I didn’t want to give it up completely. I have tried several brands of decaf coffee over the years, and decided to make Green Mountain Breakfast Blend Decaf Coffee my choice. Because it tastes so much like the real thing, I don’t feel like I’m missing out! I can even indulge in an after-dinner cup without worrying about being kept awake for hours at night!
I was also thrilled to discover that I can order it online in larger quantities, since there were many times I would not be able to find it stocked in my grocery store!
We have ordered this item several times, and as usual, it always arrives quickly and in a perfectly packaged condition!

I have been a real fan of green mountain decaf coffee pods for a long time, but I am having a ongoing problem with pods that don’t work properly. I was constantly cleaning the machine. I finally gave up and bought a new Keurig machine and now I realize the problem is your Green Mountain decaf pods not my coffee machine! Every pod I try creates a real mess and is unfit to drink. Can I return what I have left? I have been a good customer the past year, but this last case has been a nightmare.

I have a hard time finding decaf K-cups at any local grocery store so I often have to order them on amazon. Not a great deal per say, but an easy way to get my preferred coffee. I do not tolerate caffeine well, but I enjoy the taste of coffee (my coworkers think I’m crazy). I prefer light roast coffee, and this is a great light roast decaf coffee that is hard to find elsewhere. The green mountain brand doesn’t disappoint. I am not a coffee snob, and am not loyal to any particular brand, but I do find myself getting this brand/type more often than not.
